Concept discussion
We discuss your brand vision, target audience, quality standards and budget expectations in a no-obligation conversation. Based on this intake we draw up a production proposal with options, lead times and indicative costs. We also advise on material selection and integrating your brand identity into the product.

Samples
We produce samples for your approval before full production starts. Samples are delivered within 5–10 working days, allowing you to assess fit, quality and finish. Samples are adjusted based on your feedback until you are fully satisfied.

Labelling & branding
Your own labels, hangtags, care labels and packaging are fully integrated into the production process. We work with specialist label manufacturers for high-quality brand execution. Contractual agreements on exclusivity and protection of your designs are a standard part of our collaboration.

Production & delivery
Production takes place at our factory in Bulgaria, with the same strict quality control as all our orders. With our own fleet we deliver directly to your warehouse or retail location — fast, reliable and without intermediaries. After delivery you are always welcome for an evaluation to further optimise the collaboration.

- What is the minimum starting volume for private label?
- We produce private label orders from 100 pieces per style. Volume discounts are available for larger collections. For test productions or market experiments we sometimes offer smaller trial runs — contact us for options.
- Can you take over my existing design?
- Yes, we work with existing designs in various formats — technical drawings, samples, photos or sketches. Our production team translates your design into a production-ready specification. We always advise on adjustments that improve manufacturability or quality.
- How is the approval process managed for private label?
- After the concept discussion we produce a first sample for your approval. After any adjustments a final sample is made, which serves as the production standard. Full production only starts after your written approval — you are always in control.
- Do you offer packaging and label design?
- We do not provide graphic design services ourselves, but are happy to collaborate with your in-house designer or preferred supplier. We advise on technical requirements for labels (size, material, legal requirements) and handle integration into the production process.
- How do you protect my designs in terms of IP?
- Your designs, patterns and brand data are treated confidentially and used only for the execution of your order. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement. We never produce similar styles for competitors without your consent.
- Can you guarantee exclusivity for my collection?
- Exclusivity agreements are possible and are set out in writing. We produce your specific styles exclusively for your brand during the agreed period. Contact us to discuss the terms and options.
