Does your clothing have minor damage? We carry out expert repairs, from buttons and zippers to mending tears. Even at high volumes we ensure fast and careful handling.
Pressing, steaming and presentation-ready.
After transport, clothing is often creased or not properly presented. We press and steam garments and make sure they hang neatly and presentably. Your collection is ready for display or shipment immediately.
Own truck fleet for flexible, fast delivery.
We operate our own trucks and handle transport to and from our factory. This lets us switch flexibly and ensures fast, reliable delivery of your products.

We need patterns in MDL or HPGL format (digital), the corresponding fabrics and trimmings, and a swatch card. Have only a sketch, photo or sample? No problem — we'll help you translate it into a production-ready specification.
The complete logistics and production pipeline: transport from Vianen to our factory in Bulgaria, full production including quality control, and transport back to Vianen. You have one dedicated point of contact for the entire chain.
We can prepare a quote once we have a correct technical drawing or an original sample, the number of pieces per style, and the number of colours and sizes per style. Based on this we aim to deliver a clear quote within 3 to 5 working days.
We apply fixed rates for additional work: converting to Lectra file € 5.75 | digitising parts € 0.58 per part | grading € 0.69 per part | drawing up a marker € 1.44 per metre | plotting € 1.25 per metre. Other services such as labelling, hanger presentation or rush delivery are always agreed upfront — you receive a transparent overview before we start.

Yes, patterns are made via an external bureau in Bulgaria. We do recommend having the base pattern developed in the Netherlands — this ensures shorter communication lines and more efficient coordination in the early phase.
Absolutely. For fabrics we recommend: Knipidee, Boerenbonthal, Van Gelderen Stoffen and Nooteboom Textiel. For trimmings: De Streng and Het Kleinvakhuis. For labels and prints: Ege Label (Istanbul).
We primarily focus on brands and organisations with recurring production demand and scalable volumes. In practice, our setup is best suited for requests from around 300 pieces per style and with a sample or technical pack available. For very early-stage start-ups, we recommend finishing pattern, sample development and sourcing first.
Should there be damaged or missing products on delivery, we report this immediately and take responsibility for shipments that were under our control. We make clear agreements on liability and compensation, so you are never faced with unpleasant surprises. Please report any issues directly upon receipt.
Yes. Our team communicates in Dutch and English. Our production department in Bulgaria works in Bulgarian and English. For German-speaking clients we try to communicate in German where possible. Please let us know your preference at the start of the collaboration.
Yes. For new production orders we always produce a sample or prototype for your approval before full production starts. Sample costs are usually offset against a follow-up order. A trial production of a small series is also available on request, allowing you to assess quality and lead time before placing a larger order.
