How it works

  1. 1

    Assessment & quote

Send or bring in your damaged garments to our warehouse in Vianen. We assess each garment individually and provide a damage overview. Within 2 working days you receive a quote with lead time and costs.

  2. 2

    Repair

Our skilled craftspeople restore the damage carefully and to your specifications. Whether it's a few pieces or a large batch — every garment receives the same careful treatment. We use high-quality thread, zips and trimmings that match the original.

  3. 3

    Quality control

Every repaired garment is checked for workmanship, strength and appearance. Items that do not meet standards are treated again — you only receive garments that pass your quality requirements. A digital batch overview is available on request.

  4. 4

    Delivery

Repaired garments are neatly folded or returned on hangers to your packaging preferences. We deliver back to your location using our own fleet or a courier of your choice. For larger batches we provide a detailed repair report.

Frequently asked questions

What types of damage can you repair?
We repair virtually all types of textile damage: loose buttons, broken zips, tears and holes, open seams, stain treatment and complete component reconstructions. Niche repairs for technical textiles or workwear are also possible — contact us for specific requests.
What is the minimum quantity for a repair order?
There is no strict minimum for repair orders. We process both individual pieces and large batches of hundreds of garments. For small quantities the price-to-lead-time ratio may differ — we are always transparent about this.
How long does an average repair batch take?
Average turnaround for standard repairs is 5–7 working days, depending on type and volume. For larger batches or more complex repairs this may extend to 2–3 weeks. An exact timeline is provided when you submit the order.
What if a garment cannot be repaired?
If a garment is too severely damaged for restoration, we inform you and return it untreated. We explore alternatives together, such as using parts for other pieces. You are never charged for repairs that turned out to be unfeasible.
Can garments be cleaned before repair?
We do not carry out laundering or dry cleaning, but clean garments are processed faster and more accurately. We recommend delivering garments clean for best results. We are happy to advise if you are unsure about cleaning instructions.
How are repaired garments packaged for return delivery?
Repaired garments are neatly folded or returned on hangers in line with your packaging instructions. For large batches we also handle sorting by article, colour or size on request. A detailed packing note is included as standard with every return delivery.
