With our own truck fleet we handle all logistics to and from our production facility in Bulgaria. No intermediaries, no unexpected delays — we oversee transport from start to finish. Our trucks run fixed routes and are fully equipped for the transport of textiles and clothing. Whether raw materials need to go to the factory or finished orders need to go directly to your warehouse — we handle it. Thanks to direct communication with our planning team you always know where your shipment is.

Planning
We align transport precisely with your production and delivery schedule. Our planning team takes your deadlines into account and adjusts freight schedules accordingly. Every trip is recorded in a clear transport plan you can review.

Collection
Our drivers collect materials, raw goods or clothing from your location or warehouse at the agreed time. We also provide storage at our Vianen warehouse as an intermediate step in the logistics chain. All parcels are registered and tracked in our planning administration.

Transport
Direct connection between Vianen and our factory in Bulgaria via our own fleet — no dependence on external courier services. Our trucks make multiple fixed runs per month, fully equipped for textile and clothing transport. Interim status updates on your shipment are available on request.

Delivery
Finished products are delivered directly to you at the agreed time, without third-party involvement. We deliver to your warehouse, distribution centre or direct to store level. After delivery you receive a delivery note with all relevant details about the delivered batch.

- Which countries do you deliver to?
- We run fixed routes between the Netherlands and Bulgaria. On request we also handle deliveries to addresses in Belgium, Germany, Austria and neighbouring countries. For more distant destinations we work with trusted transport partners.
- Do you work with fixed transport partners?
- For our own NL–BG routes we work exclusively with our own fleet. For additional deliveries in Europe we work where needed with established partners we have collaborated with for many years. Quality and reliability are non-negotiable for our partners too.
- Is track-and-trace available?
- Our drivers are always reachable by phone and stay in contact with our planning team. For current status information on your shipment please contact our logistics department. Email status updates are available on request.
- How are garments packaged for transport?
- Clothing is transported on hangers in truck-friendly garment racks or folded and packed in cardboard boxes, to your instructions. We ensure safe securing and protection of your products during transport. Packaging materials are available via our Vianen warehouse.
- Can you act as a fulfilment partner for us?
- On request we offer limited fulfilment services, such as temporary storage, sorting and distribution of clothing. This is set up as bespoke work based on your specific needs. Contact us to discuss the options.
- What are the minimum volumes for logistics services?
